School Sport Club

Sport and exercise are crucial for young people because they are growing. Balancing physical education and developing overall fitness surely help student a lot to be both mentally and physically healthy and strong. Such sport and exercise are fun, involve team work and encourage confidence building. In LIS, we provide a lot time, place and help for sport and exercise within the school calendar. Moreover, we have professional coaches and instructors to guide and help. We also have school sport clubs to compete with other school such as:

1. Football
it is a team sport which is played between two side, eleven players on each side including one goal keeper, for the purpose of kicking the ball into each other net within the specific amount of time. The game determine the victor by which side scored more goals. It need teamwork, determination and fast decision-making skills.



 2. Swimming
it can be an individual sport or a team sport where the swimmer swims from the starting point to the finish point that determine by the regulated distance and style of swimming. It need skills, practice, and persistence in order to do we in this sport.


3. Frisbee
it is a team sport, similar rule to football, which players play by throwing the frisbee (plastic disc) and the goal is scored when one can receive the frisbee at the opponent's endzone. You can not run with frisbee in your hand and you have limited time of holding it. It need vision, flexibility and hard-working factor.
